Born in Bedfordshire, Hayley trained at The Royal Ballet School and, aged 15, received a commendation at the finals of The Young British Dancers of the Year Competition. After graduation she joined The Vanemuine Theatre Ballet where she has been working as a principal dancer performing roles such as Giselle, Tatiana and the Sugar Plum Fairy. She created the role of Aurora in Paar Isberg’s version of The Sleeping Beauty.
